What is GØT?

GØT is an app which takes a holistic approach to gut health built on the pillars of food, activity, de-stress & sleep.

 

Full of tips, hacks, recipes, classes and tools it is the perfect companion to a healthy gut and anti-inflammatory lifestyle.

What devices can I use the GØT on?

The GØT app is available for use on both phones and tablets.

Can I use the app on a desktop?

No, unfortunately not. Currently, the app is only available for mobile and tablet use.

Does the app work offline? 

Not yet, unfortunately. At the moment, the app requires an internet connection to function.

How do I change the language in the app?

You can easily switch languages by following these steps:


While in the app, click on your profile in the top left corner > Personal Settings > Language > Choose Norwegian/English.

SUBSCRIPTION

How much does a GØT subscription cost?

A monthly subscription costs 179 NOK / 15 EUR per month, while an annual subscription is 999 NOK/ 85 EUR.

How long is the free trial, and how does it work?

The free trial lasts 14 days, giving you full access to the app at no cost. Once the free trial ends, you’ll be charged based on the subscription plan you selected during sign-up unless cancelled beforehand.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone (two methods):

  1. Go to the App Store > Click on your profile/picture at the top > Subscriptions > GØT.

  2. On your phone > Go to Settings > Tap your profile picture at the top > Subscriptions > GØT.

 

Android:
Go to Google Play > Click on your profile/picture at the top > Manage payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > GØT.

How do I renew my membership?

Your membership will renew automatically until cancelled, whether it is monthly or yearly.

How do I upgrade to an annual membership if I am currently subscribed to a monthly one?

You can manage this on the App Store or Google Play store. Your annual membership will start once the current month finishes.

I want to exercise my right of withdrawal and get a refund. How do I proceed?

As the subscription was purchased via the App Store/Play Store, you need to contact them directly.

I want to use a gift
card/discount code! How do I redeem it?

You can easily redeem gift cards/discount codes by following these steps:


While in the app, click on your profile in the top left corner > Gift Card & Discount Code > Enter the code > Press Confirm.

How can I contact customer service?

You can contact our team at post@gothealthylife.no.

Our opening hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM on weekdays and we aim to reply within 24 hours during this period.

Please note that we are unable to respond to personal questions relating to health, individual guidance or professional inquiries.

How do I filter categories e.g.hacks, series and classes?

In each of the different sections under Tools e.g. Activity, Sleep, De-Stress, you can filter the type of content at the top depending on whether you want Hacks, Classes or Series. Once a category is chosen, it will turn grey to indicate your selection.

Where do I find my favorites?

On the app's homepage, you'll find a heart icon in the top-right corner. Tap it to instantly access all your favorites in one convenient spot!

What is a GØT course?

A GØT course is a series of classes designed to be taken together with a specific goal in mind - whether a gut reset or to support you during the menopause.

What is a GØT score?

The app can connect with most wearables, which will allow you receive a daily GØT score. This will allow you to monitor your gut health on a regular basis. It is based on heart rate variability and sleep and activity levels.

Where do I find my GØT Score?

If you click on “Score” on the menu along the bottom of the screen, then you will be able to see your live GØT Score and history.

What is a GØT streak?

A GØT streak is designed to motivate you to be more consistent. Each consecutive day you complete an activity or make a recipe and press “I did it” will count towards your streak. See how long you can keep it going for!

How can I use my GØT coins?

We will reward you with 10 GØT coins every day that you complete an activity or make a recipe in the app and log it by pressing “I did it”. You can earn a maximum of 20 GØT coins per day.

The GØT coins can be used in the GØT shop launching soon.

Where do I find my GØT Score & Coins?

If you click on the Star icon on the top right-hand corner, you will see your Streak and Coins balance and history.

GENERAL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

How do I recover my password?

You can manage this on the App Store or Google Play store as the app is accessed through your account with them.

How do I update my credit card?

We do not handle your credit card details directly and this will need to be managed via the App Store or Google Play.
