GØT RECIPE
COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE
This smoothie is a delicious and energizing start to the day. Made with coffee, cocoa, banana and vegan yogurt, it's packed with vitamins and minerals.
You can use other types of coffee in this smoothie, for example espresso or cold brew. Feel free to add other ingredients to the smoothie, for example spinach, kale or berries.
You can also use yoghurt in the smoothie, for example coconut yoghurt.
Ingredients

2 dl cold coffee

1/2 banana, frozen

1/2 avocado

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

1 dl plant-based milk (e.g. oat or almond milk)

1/2 dl gluten-free oatmeal

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt
Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth smoothie.

Add more coffee or yogurt if you want a thinner smoothie.

Serve immediately, and enjoy!
